    Resin ED Measurements

I've taken the opportunity to get some detailed measurements of my new RED, and I want to share them with you all.

My method for taking these measurements was to use a thin piece of thread wrapped snugly around the body part, then measuring the length of that thread flat against a ruler. This is more accurate than using a bulky measuring tape suited for measuring human proportions and garments.

Things to keep in mind when using these measurements:
    - All measurements are in centimeters.
-There is no ease, these are exact measurements. That means seamstresses will need to add ease in order for the garments to sit properly and to allow for movement.
-Circumferences usually are at the largest point of the area in question, for instance the forearm circumference measures the widest part of the forearm.
-The lengths are a bit more subjective, as they required me to decide where the hip, waist, shoulder, etc are exactly. I will try to add photos later with lines showing what exactly each measurement refers to.
-It is possible to slip a thread between each finger, but for some of them it is only barely a fit. Most of the ED fingers cannot accept rings as the hands are currently positioned. I recommend making rings for the thumbs, left pointer, or left pinky finger. I don't think even thin wire could fit between any of the other fingers unless you use heat to reposition the fingers.
-The hand circumference is supposed to represent the minimum diameter a sleeve would need to be to fit over the fingers, so it is the widest part of the spread fingers, not the width of the palm.
-The toes are joined together. It may be possible to separate them with sanding to allow for a toe ring on the largest or second largest toe, but they are very tiny. I would recommend painting on the jewelry instead.
-There are no measurements involving the head, since it is currently out getting a faceup. I will add them in later.

Thanks for posting the measurements. Those are really helpful.

I would love some ED-sized clothes from Clear-Lan. They make such lovely stuff.

    Resin ED Measurements

You are welcome, all! I find it tiresome to measure my dolls over and over, so I like to make a record I can reference whenever.

I just realized they don't show up for me either on mobile. Are you using Tapatalk? Sometimes it cuts posts off. Try checking on desktop?

I'm on my computer, on Google chrome. I also tried on Firefox , Internet and on an Ipad with the same issue, I really don't understand why I can't see it . Perhaps it's a setting on my account, but I don't find it O

You're not alone ezechiel, I can't see them on my desktop or iPad either. I remember seeing the measurements when Allurose first posted, but now they seem to have disappeared?
