    Marina just announced that she will be auctioning Madame De Pompadour from the 13th of May until the 16th of May 2016. More details and progress shots will be posted in the following weeks and months.

    She is stunning already! I am intrigued to see what her face will be like, as there is a real hint of a smile in the sculpt!! I am preparing myself for being completely blown away lol!! It's no secret that this is one of my favourite periods in history and I am really looking forward to seeing her costume.... I know it will be spectacular!!

    Agreed, she is going to be AMAZING!! I don't know how Marina can part with them when she is done. Do you think she makes two of every doll and keeps one?

    I don't know! But I would if I were her! After investing so much into each creation, it must be tough to let them go! Each piece is a little bit of history in the making... from where she began to where she is now......

    Well she at least used to do that. I don't think she does that with all the costumed dolls anymore though.
