Lovely tutorial- I wanted to add, I like to use magnification for something this small. I have an optivisor, but I found that cheap reading glasses from the drugstore can do in a pinch.

    Tutorial: Body Blushing, Manicure, Pedicure

Thank you Lynne and Bibarina! It was a lot of work to type up, but interesting too. I'm sure it will help even me to have it written down, I will be more likely to remember my own advice. Do you know I only washed her legs before I began??? I didn't wash the marks off her arms at all. I don't know what I was thinking.

While I was working on her Joe came in and noticed the marks (which don't happen to be visible in these photos).
Joe: "oh, there is something on her arm..."
Me: "shhhh we aren't talking about that. You didn't see anything."
    Lol!

Fitz that is a great tip! I don't like to use magnifiers myself, but they are probably helpful for other people! I will go back and include it.

Allurose, you certainly went out of your way to present this great tutorial, so we can all learn from this. A tremendous amount of work, on your part! Thank-you, so much! HUGS!

Thank you! The wait was painful but it is just like everyone said, lack of shipping updates doesn't always mean trouble.

Brilliant, in depth tutorial. It has helped to reassure me regarding application of sealant and which paint/brushes to use. Thank you for sharing allurose.

Great tutorial, allurose! Thank you so much for taking the time to do this - I will make it a sticky so that it's always easy to find

I always wondered about the best way to seal the body in one go - I was laying the dolls flat and doing the front and then flipping over and doing the back... but by holding the doll up as you do, you're probably closer to ensuring total coverage.
