There's nothing wrong with the doll, just the mis-information, in my opinion. How does goodwill work? Would someone have donated it? They surely were given the name Marina Bychkova, but by who?!

I'm sure I've seen this doll before, ...but I can't remember where... hmmm...

    Hi Amal
It looks like an earlier Ptichka doll to me made by Irina Kirzuna on etsy. It maybe one of her flumo clay dolls. I am a huge fan of hers but it's definitely not an ED.

The doll is kinda interesting, but I don't know how anyone would mistake her for an Enchanted Doll. I wonder if she had a costume at some point and where it went?

I couldn't find any info about Ptichka...

There are a bunch of bids on the ShopGoodwill listing- I hope that the bids are due to excitement over the actual doll listed- she is a OOAK art doll after all.

I wonder though why they say she is "resin"

Aha! I knew I'd seen her before!! Thanks BellaBronte! That might just have driven me mad! I have one of Irina's dolls too! I love them.

@Galacticat Irina suedes her resin dolls. They have a lovely feel to them and don't immediately strike you as resin. They are extremely well made.

Yes, it's a very unusual resin that looks like Porcelain. I'm amazed that not more of her dolls are around.
